PACKAGING
TEAPIGS, DRAMBUIE, TEQUILA ROSE
Packaging design has always been something that interests me. I have been fortunate enough to have been part of projects which explore food and drink packaging whilst working for clients at an agency as well as part of university projects.
TEAPIGS
This was for a food packaging design module project at university. The final outcome took a while to develop and many different options were considered, but the key focus was on having an exciting user journey so someone could experience a whole journey throughout using the packaging.
The key with packaging design is to use the whole 3D surface and the inside of the packaging. This creates an exciting experience and journey for the user.

With this project being an entire redesign of the Teapigs branding and packaging allowed me to have the freedom to explore many different styles and options. I was also able to utilise my illustrative and typographic skills to support the designs

These images show parts of the accompanying report for this project. It shows research, inspiration and sketched ideas which helped form the final outcome.

DRAMBUIE
Whilst at Quantum, I was part of a project for Drambuie which utilised packaging to encourage customers to consider Drambuie in their coffee based cocktails. This was an addition to Drambuie's standard packaging and shows how packaging can be used in a variety of ways to boost the sale of products.

TEQUILA ROSE
Packaging can be used in different formats, this Tequila Rose competition is just one example of that. It does not always have to encompass the whole product, this was just a supporting feature. It was fun to create an asset that encompasses Tequila Rose's bright and fun branding whilst also not taking too much away from the bottle itself.
